Trekking with Tasting from Montecastrilli to Le Poggette Winery
On Sunday, Sept. 24, meeting at 3:30 p.m. at the Exhibition Center – facing BAR – in Montecastrilli and leaving at 4 p.m., a wonderful new experience combining the outdoors and good food: Trekking with Tasting from Montecastrilli to Le Poggette Winery.
A walk with tasting to discover Amerino Tipico.
The free event, part of the Amerino Tipico Festival, promoted by the Municipality of Amelia and financed by the GAL Ternano, is the first of four in the Routes to the Discovery of Taste Amerino Tipico project and combines a 7-km walk along the trails of Le Terre dei Borghi Verdi with a free tasting of excellent short supply chain products from the area and a final concert with the splendid Le Poggette Winery as the setting.
Return is planned in the evening by bus from the winery that will take everyone back to the Montecastrilli Fair parking lot.

The Routes to the Discovery of Typical Amerino Taste project and tasting events.
Paths to the Discovery of Taste Amerino, funded by the GAL Ternano, aims to promote the excellence of the short supply chain of Amelia and the Amerino area through free tastings during major events in the area and activities within restaurants or realities of large organized distribution.
Involved in the project, wine from Zanchi Winery, fresh and aged cheeses, sausages and porchetta from Il Collicello Farm; honey from Apodea Farming Company; and EVo Olive Oil from Pagliari Farm will be the undisputed protagonists of the evening that will enrich the view of the beauty of the land with the tasting of its products.
